Sitka Community Garden Opens 2026!

Whether you live in an apartment, on a boat, or in a tiny home in the woods, a community allotment garden plot can help you!

Transition Sitka is working with the Sitka Local Food Network to support the development of allotment gardens in Sitka neighborhoods. Creating opportunities for Sitkans to grow more food is an important part of increasing our food security! Our first garden is now taking applications for 10 x 20 ft spaces, ADA raised beds, and climber beds.
